I help individuals increase their "healthspan" through better nutrition!
I am a clinical nutrition-coach who emphasizes preventive care for the general public. I became interested in nutrition as a way to prevent certain diseases and conditions because of the many early deaths in my family. I find it exciting that many foods that we eat including fruits, vegetables and even chocolate, contain cancer and heart disease fighting nutrients.

As a nutrition coach I help people make small changes in their eating and exercise habits that can make a big difference in their health throughout their lifetime. I use a nonjudgmental approach that respects patient uniqueness, individual lifestyle and food preferences, and I would never cut out a client's favorite food. I think that people would be surprised to know that nutritional changes and education are not that difficult to master. Most people are able to modify their lifestyle easily, because I develop an individual program that accounts for client diversity.
